Bayshore Christian School

All Camp Bayshore staff members are professing Christians who are hired
for their love of children and child care experience.

Each age group (Minnow, Polliwog, Cricket and Bullfrog) has an adult head counselor who is CPR and First Aid trained and has been employed with Camp Bayshore for at least 3 years. They are assisted by other counselors who have been background checked and approved by camp and school administration. Camp counselors must be at least 16 years old. Male counselors work with children 1st grade and up only.

Child to counselor ratio:
(at most) 7:1 for 3, 4, and 5-year-olds
10:1 for 1st-6th graders
